When installing the xj6 rear end, how carefull do you have to be to make sure the rear end wont be out of alignment?

measure, measure, measure, there is a little bit of ajustment built in. Two struts that go foward can be adjust to pull the rear end forward or back to get a better alignment.

Sweet!! Very nice! What are you going to do with the stock place for the license plate? Just delete the flat place, and smooth it out? Looks very nice! I assume you're going with a fuel cell? Should be quite the setup! I see ya got some motivation on the walls there, huh? :) :D J/K Looks great! What is your estimated finish date?

The exhaust is still being worked out, I wanted to make it come out the lisence plate spot like the 69 shelby's. The exhaust tip I made looked to bis and made the tail lights look to small.

Then I thought I could take the notch out of the bumper and the lisence plate flat out also and have the tips come out at the lower edge where I made the marks.

I think I'm combining the two ideas, take the bumper notch out then the lisence plate spot isn't so big. Then have two 3.5 bolony cut exhuast tips come out in that spot. then make an aluminum bezel to clean it up.

Thomas, I gotta think you've got either way too much time or money or both. :) j/k It's obvious there's a helluva lot of creativity at work here. Keep up the good work! Oh, and if you ever do find you've got way too much $$$, how about sliding some of it out this way? :D :D

For the exhaust you could put holes in the license plate flat and run them out through there, kinda like a new style corvette exhaust. I donno if it would look good but it would solve 2 problems if it looked good. Just my 2 cents
