    Painted Bumpers

:yup:Hey, thanks for all of the nice comments. Really glad I became a member. You guys have a lot of enthusiasm for these cars and that's great! If there is any debate about whether or not painted bumpers look good, I think this picture will make a strong case. How can you not love it?!?!

No, this isn't the factory orange color. :yup:

    A few questions answered:

:yup: After buying the car, shipping from Oklahoma to New York, then installing a new windshield, buying a Grant 774 signature series steering wheel, Hurst V-matic 2 shifter, Ford Motorsports transmission cooler, Stewart-Warner LED Ultra-shift light. High end Sony head unit with 4 Polk speakers, and a sweet set of Maverick Connection's Scott Drake aluminum finned Maverick valve covers... I am still under $8K

:16suspect Yes, It is a 1971 'cuda. It has a 440-6bbl and a pistol grip four speed. Here is a picture of it:

GREAT looking cars. You and the wife have REALLY good taste.

Man, the more I see that orange color, the more i want it...

Maybe I can paint one of my rear fenders that color, just to add to my custom paintjob:D
