    The hood looks awesome!!! (y)

But I was thinking of a bumble-bee type stripe near the spoiler to help it blend in a bit better. To me, this is just to me, it looks a little too out of place. Now that I am looking at it... How about just turning the Grabber stripe from the side up and over the trunk lid to the other side. now that would be sharp!
Any Photoshop experts willing to give it a redo...?

    Just trying to help...

    Jay.....

Now you are trying to make a Mopar out of it. LOL. Not that that is a bad thing Mopars are cool. I had considered painting the roof and trunklid a close color to the carbonfiber so it would blend better but when you see the grain of the carbonfiber it looks better in person and with the blacked out rear panel it will do for now.

I knew it when I wrote it that it would be thought of as Mopar-esque, hence the re-thought of a hockey stripe. (Had to cover my A$$) LOL... Now that you mentioned it, A blacked out tail panel would be cool and help balance out the look. Once again, the hood looks awesome aganist the yellow... I know the carbon fiber isn't really a solid black and trying to color match it will be a pain. I have looked at the pics several times and it is now starting to grow on me the way it is. I think it may be time for me to give a call to Maverick Man myself... :yup:

Two 1973 LDO Mavericks (one 4 Drag one 4 driving like Mad on the roads :) ) also have a 75 6cyl Stock! Ok, well sort of Stock :P
Mike thanks for posting this! looks great!

trust me that has crossed my mine to do something like that along with a trunk lid. .. but since trunks are such a BeeAch to aline i'll never do them. but for roofs have you can do layovers which look really cool.

you also could do something like this...

thats a Crabon Fiber Layover. you either love it or hate it... but since your talking abouy blending it in... that is the way to do it.... in time if might be a fad however you can always paint it again. but for sure an attention grabber. btw thats on a mopar! ;)

i didn't cross my mine at all that it looked moparish... nah i did... super bee is the frist thing that crossed my mind... it looks really good on that yellow though.. and it think thats what makes people think of that.... and since its mopar... maybe John Ford should get it to match the Mopar Hood Scoop! :rofl2:

btw jay... you know i'm making these in a "grabber" hood to right? :p man that was a cheap plug!
