    Hey all!

Okay, I have a simple question that requires a simple answer:

What is the measurement between the shock towers at the base? I'm re-doing the shock towers on my Mav, but are a little out of wack and am trying to fix it right. More than one answer would be great!! Something to compare to. Thanks!!

The obvious answer is "about 1" narrower than the width of the engine with headers":D

Sorry, I cannot provide helpful answers. I have a big chunk of metal stuck in there and cannot measure it for you...

If you mean how much space is between them, then I'd say about 24". However, if you are redoing them I'd give yourself some more room to work with. I can hardly get to my headers. I know some of these guys have cut their's out.:hmmm:

:biglaugh:Haha, thats funny! I like the Mavericktile Dysfunction!! I'll change it...
Anyway, 23" is very close. Mines about 23.5" Close enough, I'd say. Everything looks straight since I adjusted it. Thanks guys for your time!

Yeah I think all drivers should go in for a Chevectomy, or help cure people with Hondametreosis, or Nissanisitis, and have Ford/ Mercury Lincoln Augmentation surgery! And let those guys know they are just being Toyotachondriacs, and get over it!
