I was born in brasil, growing up my father had 4 mavericks in which he would work on and re-sell. I fell in love with them, and bought the first one i saw here in America a couple months ago... BAD MOVE?? I got an Ohio state car and it seems like theres rust in new places everyday. Some rust went through the door some through the fender. Not to mention the vinyl has got bumps all around it in which I know is rust. None in trunk but the bottom of the car looks a little "raspy" The interior is in great shape and the engine is also (v6)

Am I an IDIOT? Should I give up and find a new toy maverick or do you guys think theres some affordable hope for my baby?

Go away...I am sick of seeing kicka$$ mavericks belonging to Brazilians, AND Georgianianainains...:p

Seriously, though, looks like the beginning of a GREAT project car:thumbs2: Keep it up and keep sending pictures:burnout:

And by the way, get that vinyl top off ASAP and fix the rust under it before it gets out of hand.

Didn't mean to scare ya off...Just kidding around. Actually, I am quite jealous at the pride and camaraderie that the Georgians and Brazilians have when it comes to Mavericks. We are trying to do the same here in Texas, and are getting a decent crowd, but nothing like Brazil and Georgia, yet...:D
