Dear fellow Forum members, When you have decided on a wheel, a color, a tire, or any other type of modification to your car, please do not post a picture of it and ask, "What do you think?" You will get answers that you like, you will get answers that you don't like, and you will get answers that hurt your feelings or make you mad. Since you have already made a decision, it is better for you to post a picture and and say, "This is what I'm putting on my car. I hope you like it." However, be prepared for comments that you don't want to hear. Only ask for opinions if you have not made up your made of your prospective modification. When you ask for an opinion, you are asking for subjective thought and not necessarily objective, proven fact. You are asking someone how they feel or think about it. When you ask for an opinion, remember you asked for personal thoughts. You did not ask what are the facts on this matter. Opinions are neither right nor wrong. If you don't agree, that doesn't mean the "opinionator" is wrong. Opinions should never be stated as fact. If you are stating a fact, say so and state the source or basis of your "factuality." In all cases, remember that every single member here has an opinion based on their likes, dislikes, and experiences. You will not always hear approval with their opinions. Never take an opinion personally unless it was directed at you personally. Please learn the difference between seeking approval and asking for an opinion. They are entirely different and can and will be delivered differently. Off the soap box for now.
I agree. I only have one thing to add. "Opinions are like butt holes everyone has one" (edited for younger viewers)
I said, "Don't make come back there." If I have to pull over, you're going to have to stand up the rest of the trip. (I have actually heard both statements addressed to me in my childhood.)
T'weren't me. I've just been reading some threads today that got ridiculous...way ridiculous...pathetic even.
