Hey Dennis, I don't think that would be a big problem. All you would have to do is tell them it's your first time out with the car and you didn't know you needed one.

Besides by the time they get done looking at all that beauty on the sprint, the tech will have forgot all about the kill switch.

    See you all in june!

    Sorry

Dennis i live about 90 miles from there so i am going to get a room for Friday & Sat myself .I will do some checking around and see whats close to the Track. When I find out something maybe i can get a good rate on group rooms . That would be cool.Prefably with a Bar  I will let everyone know what i find out. That way we could get there early and get good spots. You are going to show the Sprint right?I went down last year for one show and they were letting anyone run for $5. I would have run the ole Gt but i was driving it and didnt want to have to call my father in law to bring the trailer 90 miles if I broke anything. Its stock so it would have been slow anyway  . Seth didnt you mean 20 yrs behind Richmond:D . I LOVE the country myself.@#%& Richmond I lived there in about 87 and hated it then so I know I would hate it more now in my old age;) Later Fellas TIM

Hey hey hey, we're not THAT far behind Richmond! :D

I mean we've got motorized mail carriers now and MOST of our roads have painted lines on them.....:p

Anyway, the closest hotel is a holliday Inn thats about 3 or 4 miles up Rt. 1 and if you're gonna stay there, you better make reservations asap. Next closest is about 15 min. away in petersburg off of 85.

as far as a good bar goes....well, lets just say you'll have to drive bout 30 min. from the motorsports park and even then it's not that great.

Just trying to get a estimate of folks coming to the Mini-meet in June. For sures, maybes, whatever I just need some kind of number to give FFW. That will determine what size space they give us. Thanks Tim "my comet gt":bananaman
