    Weird.
I will cut the package shelf for 6x9s. Thats a given. It's not a great shelf anyway I might remove it and fabricate something out of wood and carpet to replace it.
The center hump box is a great idea though.

I guess the wire under the seat is for the seatbelt light on your dash maybe?
The door panels in my car are very nice and I will probably...no. DEFINATELY not cut them up.

I have two 8" subs in individual boxes(Walmart!).
I can't find anywhere big enough to install them. I need my floorboards for the families feet. It's my daily driver and I got two screaming rugrats and a wife.
I actually parked a perfectly good Jeep Cherokee to tag this car because I love it so much.

My friend and I specialize in putting things that don't belong in cars... in cars. You know, TV's, play stations, surround sound, bodies. He and I where electricians, so wiring is never to hard. Depending on how big the subs are... you can put them under the driver/passenger seat, or if you are not using the console speakers, you might be able to slide a small sub in. Might also be able to cut in on the back driver and passenger sides and placed them there.

I have a 10" Pioneer bass tube, a pair of mighty Pyramid 12" subs in a box and a half dozen tweet horns but the Comet is too small for all that mess. I just want it to sound decent, not annoy the car next to me.
I figure a pair of 5.25s and a pair of 6x9 3 ways is plenty. I am also going to replace the center dash speaker with a dual cone version so I can use it too.

Currently, I just have the 2 9's in the back and the 2 6's in the front. Sound is just fine.
As you said, not a lot of room to place these sorts of things in the car.. thats why we have duct tape, thats right, just duct tape it to the hood of your car... that'll turn some heads!

The wife has already decreed NO DUCT TAPE or she won't be seen in it.

Super glue MIGHT hold, and I stress MIGHT.
It really depends on the material. Or if they are powerfull enough you can just have the magnets do the work for you! problem solved!

Green wire to the red lead off the coil, red wire to the battery terminal or the Batt. on the fusebox.
Thats all I did and mine works fine.

Gotta love the one wheel burnout.
