    (y) Nice metal work. What shop was this being done in the same that did your daughters car?

Looks like they just cut out and reused the inner wheel well and added in the middle.

Who is the girl that is sandblasting?

Women after my own heart... that what I do for at least 2 hours a day...

Are you guys making any progress on Britts car yet? I really hate what happened to that car and I'm sure she does too.

The girl sandblasting is my 18 year old daughter.AKA Cometchik. Brittany's car was featured in the October 2006 issue of Popular Hot Rodding.

Road Killer Kustoms did my daughters car and to answer your question .....
Yes they are doing mine as well. Thank you David and Tammy Sloan / Road Killer Kustoms- Canton, Georgia

They cut out the rear frames and moved them in approx. 4 inches which is the amount that you see added in the fender well. No tub kit available. This is the only way.

Repairs to Britt's car have been put on hold. Having to buy her a car for her college commute. Thank you for your concern. Britt has been very upset.

I was thinking that was the same girl, but I was not sure...

Bummer to hear about her car, but it's good to know that there is another youth who loves Comets out there!
