you can get a cheapy digital at wally world. one of the throwaway types. glad to hear someones making some progress. i've gotta get the garage cleaned out so i can get back to work on mine.
i had a chepo walmart one in the first place, i think that was the problem. i let one of my female friends take it over to the pool. now all the lights and w/e come on yet the screen stays dead. anyway, im making some pretty good progress around here. the job its self wasnt too hard but my 20 year old craftsmen drill finally decided to bite it, might go back to sears and take advantage of the life time warranty . i decided to just reuse the big bumper stone gaurd and cut it downand it looks fine, no need to noch out the fenders. at the saturday night car cruise i parked between a '70 2 dr and a '71 4dr. compared to those my bumper job looks just as original. it would take a well trained eye to spot the diffrence
getting all the parts in one place was the biggest challange. bumpers, brackets, 1/4 extensions and valances and you'll be on your way. drill a few holes and bolt it up
