Some opinions please

    OK everyone...I just bought this 72 Comet off E-bay...the guy was gonna part it out if it didnt sale and I just couldnt see that happening.
    Specs on the car...302 with factory air, AT on the floor, ps and pb and supossedly a 9" rear end. Inside of the car is supposedly mint...needs carpet cleaned.
    Minimal rust on the exterior...needs new vinyl top and driver door trim molding.
    It does run and has 66,000 miles on it.
    Here are some pics...its a 4 door...I'm gonna restore it for the wife.

    rick,nice find!one word comes to mind...sleeper!hopefully it's clean underneath.that one will make a nice cruiser.good luck with your new find...chuck.

    Sleepr is right on the money Chuck...thats how I'm gonna build it...although the secondaries on the carb will never open as long as my wife is driving it...hehe. I'll have to make sure its in tune every now and then;)
