Franks machine shop in griffin, Ga. They did an awsome job They got some guy in warner robbins to do the porting, truly great work.
yeah I know, but those heads had the cleveland design. An argentinian guy told me from the www.fanafalcon.com.ar forums. Their straight sixes were similar to the aussie sixes.
I've known and used Frank since 1981. I'm 99.99% sure Frank use Gerald Killian for porting: http://members.tripod.com/porting_killians/id5.html
Mark now has V-8 power and I now have the Aussie head, etc. The rebuild and the porting are awesome. Frank built a nice 250 short block with .040 flat top pistons that was in the '77 when I bought it. This head setup and the cam I got from Mark will make for a very nice six-banger.
The "Guy in Warner Robins" is Jerry Killian http://www.killiansportingservice.com/ He does all of my head porting work here is a pic of my wifes DOOE 351w heads that are on her Fairmont.
No. I've got make an adapter for a Weber 2-bbl to fit (my first choice). My second choice is go 4-bbl with an Autolite 4100 with 1.08 primaries. I'm going to get the car back together as is, before I make the engine and drivetrain mods I have planned.
