72 Comet 200 six with C4, power steering only options. Had the seats recovered, and put cloth down the centers for summer comfort. That's my only mod.

Manual steering, brakes and toploader (aka four on the floor). But it didn't come that way. It was power steering and automatic.

My Comet has a spoiler, custom grille and Cragars and buckets and a Grant wheel and a lift kit and fog lights and...

But the drivetrain, steering and brakes are factory.

Plans are for nearly stock but I'd sure like 5 lug wheels and disc brakes. Maybe a 2bbl carb. If I hit the lottery, it's anybody's guess..lol.

Ducktail spoiler, small cam, factory 4v intake, headers, 4 speed.
Power nothing, drums, no AC, no window tint, Ford period correct AM/FM stereo.
    All the mods are recent.
Was pretty much bone stock when I got it.
Drove it for quite a while with 3 on the tree.
    Not my preference at all.
Still looks VERY stock. Can't even see the 4v under the stock air cleaner.
    Headers are the only giveaway.
    Spoiler passes for stock.

    That said...
I have most of a 9" conversion, front discs, Crown Vic rear discs, bucket seats, all waiting, and a Grabber hood coming. All have their place on the car eventually.

302, 2bbl carb, 4 on the floor (Mexican assembled mavericks came that way), manual steering and manual brakes. I like it,for now, I don't want to keep it stock.

@ratio411: dave, where are all those mods going? To the spabber or to the '75?

EDIT: my car is daily driven! :)

They are going on the Sprint.
I have similar stuff for the 75, but it needs the rusty roof replaced.
So it is just waiting for the long term.

My '72 was originally a 200/C4 car, 4 lug with a 2.79:1 ratio. Now has a 250/C4, converted to 5 lug with 3.00:1 ratio and front manual discs. Has a header, dual exhaust and MSD ignition to improve efficiency and driveability. Was originally metallic green, has been painted blue in some previous life, and is currently red. Black interior with early 80's Mercury Lynx (Escort) buckets. That's about it. It is a daily driver.

My '73 was originally a 250/3 on the tree car with A/C and power steering (a little odd, I know) had a 3.00:1 ratio rearend. It was converted to column shift C4 when I got it, and the power steering was partially removed. It was originally bright yellow outside, and had tan interior which was obviously factory despite the sticker in the door jam claiming it had avocado interior (factory screw up?). There will be basically no way to tell the car was originally a '73 by time I am done with it. The only factory option I'm keeping is the A/C. I have a Grabber spoiler and hood for the car, and am converting it to small bumpers. I currently am working on putting a 3.0 V6 and 5 speed automatic out of a 2001 Ranger in the car, which will also require the use of the 3.73:1 8.8 out of the Ranger due to the speed sensor. Car will have 4 wheel power disc brakes. The interior will be black and will have an entire dash from a '69.5 and the '71/'72 Grabber high back bucket seats, and a whole bunch of other odds and ends I've collected here and there. I am trying to decide between red, grabber blue, or orange for the outside. I am aiming to have this car on the road (though nowhere near completed) by the end of the year, and it will be a daily driver.

I'm sorry, I guess we missed where the original post said we couldn't go into detail of what our cars had originally and what we plan to change about the cars.

Mine has a 302 (orig. a 170), T5, discs, Honda seats, XM, different gauge placement, and that ugly green (Frank). Also, has CenterLine knockoffs and BFG's. Not even close to stock!

99% Stock, only mods are a cd player, and a Walmart special bench seat cover with a Scull with blue and purple flames.. (hey have you tried to buy car bench seat covers.. not much for choices out there.. cheap).. Anyway I plan to make it 99.9 % stock.( gotta have a modern stereo unit and speakers! I love to see a fully restored bone stock factory original looking car.

99.9% mechanically STOCK. 200 I6, 1bbl carb C4 with column shift, bench seat. Dog dish, with glamour rings, 4 lug rims, manual disc brakes, but does have power steering and A/C which were both stock. Only thing on the engine that really isn't stock is the chrome airbreather cover. Other than that yep pretty much stock
