    I think that trim is just stick on, probably a Ford accessory kit.

    72 grabber yellow.
    It's a "door ding" protector stick on kit. It goes right down the side of the car near the middle of the door. My car had one on it. Note "had" past tense. It's soft plastic.

    Yeah....not really a factory piece....more like a dealer added accessory.
