    Hi Folks.

I have my mother's 1973 Maverick, which she bought new in 1973.

It has approx. 32,000 actual miles, and I am attempting to find out
the approximate value of the vehicle. I am having it painted this week,
and putting new tires on it as well. The car is original and was never
    wrecked.

Anyone wishing to share info on value, I would appreciate that.

    Thanks,

    Tom Newkirk

Hang out around here and earn 500 or so posts, and you will get a good idea what it is worth:cool:

Sorry, that is just me being a smarta$$

I bought mine with 50,000 miles, all garage kept, etc in 2002 for $600. In other words, they aren't worth too much. They hold more of a sentimental value for most of us.

You might be able to land a grand for it if you find the right market....post pics here and see what happens.

depends a lot on what engine it has. I-6 or V-8, with the 8 increasing the value. 2 doors or 4 doors. also what options like stick or automatic, a/c, bucket seats, etc. welcome to the board.:Welcome:

I have a 72 Maverick I just bought for 500 bucks, it runs (200 engine). I am going to strip it down for a drag racer and I am going to have lots of parts available. This one has automatic tranny, it works. If you are interested, contact me, I will need toget rid of lots of odds and ends you might need.
