Derek, the car seems to like the 5.43's and 28" tire. At least the results would indicate it does. The picture was at the Cdn Nat's in Sept. On the weekend it went 15.25 @ 86.88 which is the quickest/fastest to date. The trans is wounded at the moment and the 60's were off a bit. They were 2.07,2.08 and it has run a 2.01. The air wasn't special at 1700-2000 ft so there is reason to believe that it should run in the teens. With the current valvesprings I'm in trouble around 5800 so I need to shortshift. Still feels good to run under the existing IHRA record for the class

I remember a mav at the track yrs ago that ran in the mid 14`s and would hop up the wheel like that. My comet was running 12`s at the time and wouldn`t think of pullin the wheel. He never did tell me what he did to make it do it
