I did...but deleted them. I can take more, but mine will likely not help cause I have a fabbed radiator support.

I used a piece of that framing they use for tin buildings and walk-ways, it is shaped like [_] in the cross section. I cut the top open part down to 1" to make a channel |___| that was just a little wider than the thickness of the radiator. This gave me room to put a layer of dense foam to cradle the radiator on...This cradle is bolted very securely to the car so the radiator can be quickly removed by just lifting it up from the foam after the top mount is removed (2 screws)

Then at the top, I made a flat piece with a slight bend downward at the front. Underneath is welded pieces of flat stock that fit into the groove in the top of the radiator. So, when screwed down to the radiator support, it in effect spring-loads the radiator down into the foam in the bottom, and the flat stock holds it from moving side to side and forward/backward. It is very sturdy, and someday, if I find the right tools, I will remake that top so it doesn't look as hammered (which it is, only tools I had at the time. It is now coated with POR-15 and looks like it is powdercoated black...but these are the pics of when I first made it. You can barely see the hammer marks now, and the weld-spots are not visible anymore.

The Blower pulley is never going to work with this setup.

I will probably have to put the fan on as a pusher when I go to blower...

But, don't you get the motor internally balanced, and thereby lose the harmonic dampener and most of those pulleys?

Scooper- There is always a dampner. You can have a motor balanced to zero "imbalance" and will need the appropriate flywheel and dampner for that as well.

What I wanna know is what fan and shroud you are running? does it fit the whole rad?

The motor stays the same. Some companies recommend that you don't run a balancer, claim that the belt serves as a harmonic absorber. The upper quality companies do run a balancer for street use. You still retain all the pulleys you have now.

That fan is from some other car. I would have to read my website back to when I bought it to recall what it came from. It fits about an inch short of covering the entire finned area. That was just lucky for me, because I just happened upon it at a junk yard, touched the wires to a battery and it turned, then brought it home.

I will be adding stuff to my website tomorrow or so, and will try to find what it came off of.

It looks like a mark VIII fan. They work well and you can trim them but you will need a good alt as they can draw upwards of 75 amps on start up.

No, it was off a smaller car, Escort, maybe. Might have been a chevy cavalier or something. I cannot find record of what it came from...
