at long last the engine bay is painted on my maverick, and it's about time for me to start dropping in it's drivetrain.

I'd like all new hardware if possible....motor mount bolts, x member bolts, etc etc....

one reason is cosmetics and age of the hardware, another reason is because I was in a rush, and threw everything in a large trashbag, and I don't want to sort out dozens of bolts.

    am I screwed?

Thanks seth, that's a fantastic site.

finding the engine bolts now is easy, however...

they don't have any kits specifically for the maverick for the rest of the bolts (trans x member motor mounts etc etc)

is the falcon or a certain mustang a dead ringer for what I have?

ARP has bolt kits as well..

I doubt you will find a Maverick bolt kit. but mustang, falcon etc should all be about the same as long as you get the same year as the maverick, i would imagine that in 1972, they used all the bolts they had for all 1972 ford same type vehicles (car=car, truck=truck etc)

cross members are sold after market, motor mounts as well, i cannot remember the supplier, maybe kanter? but they have alot of maverick specific parts..
