    I think if they were following in maverick footsteps, it should not have missed all of the original styling cues.

    I thought all of the horizontal lines of the Mav were accented further, keeping with the new hype of "retro" cars.

    i wouldn't buy one if it was offered. dosen't look at all like a maverick in any way.

    Looks neat from the back and side, but the headlights and stuff are ugly.

    Those head lights scream Maverick IMO, remember our cars look a heck of a lot like a mustang of their era too. I think that is fairly deliberate, the quarters looked like a 71 vette to me, a little to GT 40 as someone said but heck it's not a bad piece of work, nice music too.

    That blue concept looks really good but the rear of it needs to be shortened a bit and the headlights moved down ever so slightly.
