    Ok i went to a auto wreckers and asked if they had a control valve for a 73 comet he went a got the part and it looked like a steering box for powersteering.. i told him about it and he said that was it i said it wasnt soo i dont know.... i included a pic


    If u know what it is could u tell me and maybe a good place to order or buy a remaunfatured one.

    That circled part is a power stering control valve. You can get them at a parts store like Napa, or have them rebuilt. Some Mustang ones are the same as well.

    Who's Right

    Corbin and the junk yard guy are exactly right, Cardone rebuilds them and resells them through Part's America. Exchange on that part is $149.95 if you have a good core it seems that you have a good core. They also have two rebuild kits that are listed $12.95 and $29.95, looking at the pic's of the two kits at there website it seems you need to buy both of them.
