Well as some of you know, me my two nephews and son headed to Boston, MA this past weekend to pick up his new car. Thanks to Soupbone on this forum who posted the car from Craig's list. It is now sitting in the garage here in Cannonsburg. PA. 22 hours driving round trip, which we did in 26 hours total, 1,300 miles. Not bad for a weekend road trip with the boys. We have posted pics of the car the car that he got below. It has some rust but is very repairable. The interior is mint with the exception that it needs a headliner installed. Strong 302 with 2000 stall C4 shift kit. The rear end is a 9" locker with quite lock posi trac 3:72 gears and 31 spline moser axles. His plans are for a set of Magnum 500 15 x 7 and to add a set of rear louvers to the window (These are coming from my collection of parts are only let him use them till he can find a set for his. . Disc brake conversion, then repair the quarter where they are rusted, small patch at bottom. When that is done it will be repainted the original colors again. Now to get back to work with my sons and get the fuel problem straightened out. Enjoy and let him know how nice of a car he has gotten. Thanks Allen Small
Thanks guys for the nice compliments. This is actually his Christmas present from his family. My son and my nephew are not allowed to sell these cars with out my permission. They are to stay in the family collection we have started. We have 3 now. 73 grabber V/8 , 72 grabber V/8 and another 72 grabber that needs restored, we have all the parts just need to get these right before we start on the 3rd one.
