Yes we do ship International,,,, The Boomerangs un-chromed I believe are still going to be black,, I am not sure if the Samples were done in the actual material,,, or just out of a Test material,,, But I believe they are to be Black,, The bumper tooling is liquid cooled,,, and had a leaking problem,, that is the problem,,, hoping to have that resolved very soon,,, The rear Bumpers will be first out,,, Maverick front bumpers will be second,, and Comet front will Follow along with the Comet front stone deflector,, And Yes Maverick front stone deflector is being made as well,, Thank you Joe
