How in the heck do you get the regulator guides off? I see no clip, just the guide with a backing washer secured by a rivet. Also, are these available new from any auto source?

The glass is held onto the rail with 2 round clips. Take a punch to the center and hit sharply, The pin will pop out of the center. Then just reach around the backside and compress the tabs with your fingers and the rest of the clip will pop out towards you. Then the window is free, and the rail will slide right off the regulator.

Actually, I screwed up when I posted this. I need to remove the rollers off of the regulator arms. I already have everything out of the door right now.
