From the look of it you'll need to correct some for the simple fact it tripped the timers with the back wheels.
Right front looked on the pavement. Car is really fast and quick. The Pro Mod guys (which this probably is) are running in 6.20's and lower at that speed. I'm not knocking the run. He may need to put a wing on the front end to keep it down.
That guys got some balls, that would be a ride of a life time or should I say a flight, aint no way I would do that, well at least more than once.
it would have gone faster , but picking the front end up at the end slowed him up a bit still 6.30s @ 230 is bookin
Frank's dad has been a racing friend of mine for almost 30 yrs. This is an Outlaw 10.5 car and has very few passes to date. That "on the edge" run had everyone sighing and yahooing at the same time. Those guys have a love affair with '67 Mustangs that goes back to Ernie's(the father) high school ride. The workmanship on the project is flawless and it replaced Ernie's original car that was lost in a trailer fire. The motor comes from Livernois Motorsports in Detroit, I believe. The video was shot at Toronto Motorsports Park last year.
