Yep, Ive read on the I-net that they sold out in 30 minutes. Lance, we don't have any dyno numbers since nobody close by has an all wheel drive dyno. The "DSM" link that we run has a feature that give a horsepower estimate based on the 1/4 mile times, weight, etc.... It says that the car is making 600 at the flywheel. We've yet to really turn the boost up, due to we keep breaking driveline parts. We hope to have all those issues sorted out.....

:16suspect...Mike I have few more besides Katie...Aaron my youngest was at the last Kentucky Roundup we attended...you wouldn't know he was mine as he spent his time pal'in around with Adam Ford...John and Becky's son. Becky probably thought he was a little oprhaned boy:p
Joshua..my oldest son has driven the Courier...the first pass he ever made down a dragstrip.. in a 6 sec. mini truck..:thumbs2:
Katie refuses to drive it as long as its wheel standing like it does...I'm gonna remedy that soon with some wheelie bars, but not before Gainesville.
BTW...I've got 6 youngins in all 3 boys...3 girls, ranging in age from 14-25.
It doesn't get any better than having us all together in one place and time:yup:
just click the Title in the open pane...you can see why Katie doesn't want to drive it as it is.
    :burnout:

"my dad is gonna beat your dad"-------- "no, my dad is gonna beat your dad" :D

If I remember right, we lost Adam to a movie and pizza in Aaron's room

If you guys are wanting a mini meet, how about Fun Ford? April 10-13th. My Comet should be back on the road by then and if so I'm driving it up from Atlanta. Haven't met any of you guys either although I'm more of a lurker than a poster.

We have had mini-meets at Fun-Ford in the past. Had a good time too. Last year we met at the Ford South show at the Speedway. It was great too other than a little rain. Doesn't matter to me. I plan on coming for one of the events. Just waiting on one of the Ga guys to step up and halfway organize it.

I think from a mini-meet perpective, the FFW would be a better venue than the Pinks function. We could plan to have the mini-meet at FFW and the Pinks race could be the alternate if the FFW date is a rain out. Since Dan and Earl both have experience at dealing with the FFW people, I volunteer one of them to set it up.

No, I don't think we should have our "big" mini meet there. That should either be FFW or where it was last year.

Well, if I'm going to come it'll be more than a weekend. I'll leave Wednesday. But I don't plan on missing work and driving 6-7 hours unless it's going to be a mini-meet. Looks like I better start making other plans. Probably just need to find a local show.

Ray, the wheels have been set in motion. Contacts are being made this week. Just sit back, relax, have your favorite beverage, and dream about seeing me, Jamie, Frank, Earl, Dan, Mike, James, Tyler, and others...just smiling, looking at you, and saying, "Wake up, Ray. Time for your meds."
