I just spoke with Robert at CNUSA Sales. He will be posting an update here probably tomorrow. Included will be information on the Vermillion and Thanks Vermillion Grabber. They are custom 100 piece exclusives, that will be available soon for order throught the tiger wheels web site. Check out the latest line up. http://www.collectorsnetusa.com/Mer...reen=CTGY&Store_Code=5198&Category_Code=TW-MV For those that preordered the 5 pc set, It includes the green, blue, and yellow Grabber, plus 2 of the flamed cars. (Not sure which 2)
Are these cars gonna ship any time soon? Seems like they have taken a lot of peoples money and keep pushing the ship date out .....
Actually they havent taken any money. When you preorder, your just getting your credit card info on file. No charges are made untill they are shipped.
I tried to order the 5 car set by putting it in my basket, then I saw that you could buy it now so I cheaked on that ,then it showed that I wanted 2 sets of 5, I tried to change it back to 1 and now I got 3 sets! I tried to open an account and it took all my mailing info, never took my credit card info but gave me a conformation # for 3 sets? I have always wanted to have more than 1 maverick but not all at once!
Mavaholic, they do take your money, i ordered one of the limited edition ones back before Christmas. they charged me credit card through paypal and I haven't gotten squat. I need to call them to find out when my car is going to get here. their site is sort of hard to navagate. jeri
As Mavaholic said, no charges for any orders have been applied for the non-charity die-cast Mavericks. Credit cards will only be charged when the Mavericks have shipped. PayPal, check and money order payments for the Charity Maverick continue to be consolidated for transfer to FosterAdream. Checks and money orders have not been cashed either. Two major die-cast collector magazines have picked up the Charity car and we are already close to selling out now. Once these magazine feature articles hit, the Charity cars will definitely be gone. Nevertheless, if any time anyone changes their mind about the Charity car, we will guarantee an immediate refund of PayPal, check or money order payment. We wish we could have adhered to all our target dates, but we would rather get the models right than send them out with improper striping, colors, and packaging details. Unlike mass store products, these cars are special order only. This means we get every opportunity to get the product correct before overseas shipment. And, this is exactly what we are doing. While this confirmation process continues we have to contend with language translation issues as well as national issues like New Years which closes manufacturing in China for two full weeks. In the die-cast manufacturing world this is par for the course. In the meantime, hang in there. You will be really pleased when you finally get them in hand. For now, here's a new pic of the final production Charity Maverick. Best Regards, Robert CNUSA
I have a question I ordered 2 of those Charity Mav's but I was wondering if I'm suppose to send my money order now? Or do I wait?
Adam, Thank you for your inquiry. Please understand that your order for the two Maverick Charity cars is not guaranteed until we receive payment by PayPal, check or money order. Upon receipt of your payment information, your order will be guaranteed and you will receive your cars promptly as we receive them for distribution. Best Regards, Robert CNUSA
Tiger Wheels issued a press release to the media a few days ago, which included pics of some of the individual cars. Check out this link to a promotional web site that picked up the press release if you want to see more of the cars in detail and see that actual production numbers and model variations: http://www.joesdiecastshack.com/otherdiecast.htm Best Regards, Robert CNUSA
