I tried to order the 5 car set by putting it in my basket, then I saw that you could buy it now so I cheaked on that ,then it showed that I wanted 2 sets of 5, I tried to change it back to 1 and now I got 3 sets! I tried to open an account and it took all my mailing info, never took my credit card info but gave me a conformation # for 3 sets? I have always wanted to have more than 1 maverick but not all at once!

As Mavaholic said, no charges for any orders have been applied for the non-charity die-cast Mavericks. Credit cards will only be charged when the Mavericks have shipped. PayPal, check and money order payments for the Charity Maverick continue to be consolidated for transfer to FosterAdream. Checks and money orders have not been cashed either.

Two major die-cast collector magazines have picked up the Charity car and we are already close to selling out now. Once these magazine feature articles hit, the Charity cars will definitely be gone. Nevertheless, if any time anyone changes their mind about the Charity car, we will guarantee an immediate refund of PayPal, check or money order payment.

We wish we could have adhered to all our target dates, but we would rather get the models right than send them out with improper striping, colors, and packaging details. Unlike mass store products, these cars are special order only. This means we get every opportunity to get the product correct before overseas shipment. And, this is exactly what we are doing. While this confirmation process continues we have to contend with language translation issues as well as national issues like New Years which closes manufacturing in China for two full weeks. In the die-cast manufacturing world this is par for the course.

In the meantime, hang in there. You will be really pleased when you finally get them in hand. For now, here's a new pic of the final production Charity Maverick.

    Best Regards,

Tiger Wheels issued a press release to the media a few days ago, which included pics of some of the individual cars. Check out this link to a promotional web site that picked up the press release if you want to see more of the cars in detail and see that actual production numbers and model variations:
