A couple of pics of the cars new stance. Bigger tires were added to the back and the front springs were cut a little bit. It still has not settled completely in front but it will according to my mechanic. Remember the front is all fiberglass except for the bumper of course.

We also started and drove it today for the first time and that 289 is an awesom engine. The tranie (c-6) shifted very good and the motor was very loud without the headers. Does anybody know where I can get an accelator pad and a complete set of windshield wipers? Thanks for all your help.

Car looks great James. (y) The wheel/tire combo and stance is really sweet. I'm looking foreward to getting the saggy butt fixed in my mav.

The fronts are 235/40R17 and the rears are 255/40R17. Btw, I'm going to have black pin stripping painted on the car to accent it a little bit. :)

it still appears to be higher in the front.. and with the front being fiberglass, the rear is going to sag more than the front..

i would cut out one more coil in the front and call it good..

it looks good by the way..

My mav. set way up in the front w/new springs, almost looked like an old Gasser, had to wait a week or so to even get the front a lined, it did settle quite abit but still set up in front, I think there is a pic in the gallery of it under qicvick, I like your car ! looks good!

The scoop is the same one as a

The scoop is the same one that's on a cougar eliminator back in the 68-70's. I bought at www.Mustangdepot.com two years ago for about 70 bucks. My painter molded it to the hood as opposed to just bolting it in.
