I've got a nice maximum motorsports piece in my 5.0 mustang.... see below pic.

I did a search here, but didn't see much. I'm in process of putting my maverick together VERY soon, and I'd rather buy a nice looking aftermarket piece for the car rather than clean up and re use the stock braces...anything??

some people on here have made the monte carlo bar and the shock tower braces.

Check with Scooper. he has a real nice set that someone near him made, cant remember who, but scooper is the best place to start asking

Mine...Ed Davis made them, he doesn't do them anymore, as far as I know. They cost more to make than they were worth....

by the way, old picture, old engine, etc. so no snide remarks about it, please...

I like the mustang export braces. Pretty easy to shorten to fit our cars.

WOW, Mavaholic is no slouch either! Kudos to both of you! Fine examples of how nice an engine bay can look.

you know dennis... i have this install on my site... but one thing i just noticed... you have a small air cleaner... will a standard 14 incher work with that support? something that might be good to add in the install. ;)

jay, any pictures of your setup? It's been a while since I've seen your car.

edit: found one in your gallery...I'll have to give you a call. besides, I've still got to chat with you about efi, I'll be getting the mav home in one piece ready for drivetrain install in a couple of months tops
