I realize that this is a crazy longshot, but I need to get a n.o.s. quarter panel from Long Island. I live in Southern Ontario. Anyone got any suggestions as to an inexpensive way to do this? Any of you guys live in Long Island, N.Y. and planning a trip to Ontario? Let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks. John B

if he could get it to somebody that is going to Carlisle.....you could pick it up there and take it from there.

    Dave,
Am I to understand that you're going to Carlisle? I presume this is for the all Ford meet? Is that this coming weekend? John B

John, you should have come to the Milton meet, I wanted to talk to you about Barrie Poole because i supplied him parts for his race cars from ford in the 70's. :dancing:All you have to get the quarter panel is go over the border at lewiston bridge(NY) and register at U.S. ADDRESS at (3909 Witmer Road) the zip code is 14305-1244. It is only about 5 dollars U.S for every package or parcel you get delivered to your post box there. They accept Fed Ex and UPS and then all you have to do is claim it at the border. Hope this helped you and see you soon hopefully.:yup:

Yes, I'm going, But I also have a Border Broker in Port Huron, and they run to London every day, so it could be shipped there, then to me in London, and I could bring it to you. (I want to see your car)
Either way, I can bring it back from Carlisle, I'll tie it to the roof of my green car.

Yeah, sure Dave...when pigs can fly!
Thanks to all of you for your responses. I will be in touch with the vendor and see if he can be convinced to put this panel on a bus to the border. If that's "do-able", I'll be in touch with both (Dave and 1970Maverick) to get details on your suggestions. Thanks again guys. Later...John B
