Sorry for the late notice on this show. but if anyone is interested, some of us attended this event last year and had a pretty good time. Seems like there were 5 or 6 of us there last year. Unfortunately 2 of those cars are gone now. Here is the info I have.

May 17, 2008 at the Riverfront in Jacksonville Fl. 2 Independent Dr.
Check in is from 7 to 10 am. Judging from 11:00 to 2:00 pm with awards at 3:00 pm.

Show registration is $30.00 The proceeds benefit the Murray Hill Disabled Learning center Nurse and Learn. Checks are payable to the Jacksonville Mustang Club. P.O.Box 23546, Jacksonville, Fl. 32241-3546. I'm not sure about mailing your registration at this late date. I signed up last year at the show.
    Hope to see ya'll there.:Handshake

Hey Fred, I'm not gonna make it this year. That drive was HELL on my car (not to mention my wallet) last year. 3 hours one way at 3,000 rpm.

I'm going to a new show alittle closer to home Memorial weekend. It's at Cypress Gardens. I think it's gonna be like the Siver Springs Show except it's open to all makes and models.

Our Mustang club was planning on attending this show. However, the local Home Depot asked us to put on a show the same date, this Sat. between 6pm and 9pm for a fund raiser for Interfaith. The only admission is some can goods for the charity. Music, food, many prizes, Hooter girls passing out samples(wings), etc. If you are near Ocala, come join us, it is an open show.

I'd love to come down but I think I am allergic to Ocala!!!!Especially 441 on the north side.My father in law got his nissan p/u totaled there in Aug. Hotties car totaled there in Jan, and a friend on mine got busted up pretty bad on his bike the weekend we were at Jason's. All 3 accidents within a mile of each other. If he walks again it will take a year. Gotta find a new way to get to Silver Springs next time!!!! Have fun at the show.

Sorry to say, looks like we can't make it either due to my folks' health situation... don't want to be out of arm's length. Wow, Fred, you DO have a track record in Ocala, eh?! Maybe check into airlifting your new project via chopper for the next Silver Springs show.

    Take care all
