I will have to let you all know how it goes.

I even tried calling the tele# on the notice to appear and it ran busy all day Monday. Tues. and Wednesday it rang rang rang and nobody would answer then it would fast busy and hang up.

Called the district attorney's office directly and talked to the receptionist and she said they only handle criminal proceedings and she didn't know who I could talk to other than the Judge if I could get through on the otherr # there was nothing she could do and nobody else I could call. LOL Freaking Idiots. I'll just go to court and plea not guilty, and let the Judge know who's idea it was to waste his time for a bogus $25 ticket. hahahaha

If I don't post until Sunday night or Monday don't worry I didn't get locked up, hahahaa I am going away this weekend and prolly won't have access to a computer, but I am going to try to rememebr to post what happens before I leave.

Wish me luck that I don't have to deal with any more idiots or irrational/illogical people.

Good luck in court. I got a ticket for turning left in this lane. The judge told me that the arrow is telling me to get it the lane the arrow is pointing to if I was going to turn left, it didn't mean turn or go straight in this lane. Then he said $75. Pay the clerk. I guess the city needed the money more than me. Everybody had to pay that day. Hope you get an honest judge.

I would have fought that ticket also..

They should have to move that rod marking, as it is misleading

I was fighting it. That's why I took the picture to go to court. I was told that you can't appeal a traffic ticket...you pay it off or go to court. So I went to court.

I got pulled twice for driving the Comet like I stole it. Both times no shoulder belt, no ticket. The bolt is there, but no belt.
