I've been saying for the last year that you guys have been understating the values of your cars, despite the jump in the market over the last 9 months or so. Now, you've all seen that Yellow Grabber on ebay & a lot of you are in shock at how high the bidding has gone. I for one, am not. I just sold my Maverick today for 10K. The guy flew in today & hopped in the car & is driving it back to Atlanta, Georgia. I will buy another one some day, but I had to make room for the Boss 302 I just purchased. You are a great group of people & many of you helped me when I had questions. This is a great site & I hope to back in the future with another Maverick. That is if the prices don't get out of reach...lol.

Doesn't it have a late model fuel injected 5.0 as well?

    I have a feeling you wouldn't have gotten $10K with a stock 302 in it ... :)

GS, glad you found a good home for it! Like others have said, you have to pop in here from time to time. Just by chance, had you ever documented how you put the EFI engine in your Maverick? Just curious as what problems etc. you may have run into?

gsjohnson, If my memory serves me right, I think your one of the first to help me with some hard to find parts for my Mav. resto years ago. Just wanted to say thanks. It sounds like your leaving the board. If I had my choice of all the Mustangs, it would be the Boss 302. You've got a rare piece of work there. Enjoy, but don't forget your Maverick roots.
