I added categories for the National Gathering and Roundup Nationals in the photo gallery. Here are some threads on how to resize pictures and how to upload them to the gallery.

    Crap---too soon!

Just put the heads back on yesterday...again. Cometic gaskets this time around. Everything is so close, but we probably won't get out there this year...and its just 20 miles up the road..what a shame. Son and I were looking foward to putting the subframe connectors on and trying out the new slicks...until the gasket blew again. Hope all of you have a great time, the weather is going to be real nice today and tomorrow.

You are always welcome to come without your car and meet some Maverick/Comet people. We LOVE meeting new people who share our passion.

Blown74, you owe it to yourself to get there and meet a bunch of mav/com people in person. Only 20 miles, who knows where it will be next year and you may not want to drive. Take it from some one who didin't have a car this year but attended the Gathering, it is the people, you will enjoy if you attend.

Like Ward said, Don't miss it just cause the cars not ready. Besides you'll get some great ideas there. I drove over 6k miles last year. I'd do it again if it weren't for the diesel prices. I spent almost $1300 just on fuel to get to the Gathering and I'm planning on doing it again next year alredy.:)

Like Ward I attended the Gathering without my car. I would drive the 20 miles just to hang out in the parking lot in the evening.

I am looking at any and all pictures I can find of the Gathering and the Round up. I sure Wish I could have made it to one of these this year. I realy miss the late night parking lot bench racing.
