I have a 77 four door Mav and I am replacing a 12 inch section of rear frame. I cut 12 inches from the rear leaf shackle up. I was going to replace it with a piece of Square tubing but its not a straight connection. I am guessing maybe a 10 to 15 degree angle. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You can notch your square tubing(and bend it) to acommodate the angle you need or you can scrounge up a use good rail here on the forum.Someone should have one they can cut out for you.

you would make a small angled cut (triangle shape) then bend the tubing to close the gap.....weld when done.....
