It's a Borg Warner S480 (80mm) with the old style race cover. The turbine is a T6 style with a 1.32ar which I have my doubts about, but I can always swap it to a 1.10. I am going to try it first to see what happens. This thing will move some air. This got a 3" vband for the compressor exhaust with a 5.5 inch inlet. The exhaust side is set up for a 5 inch vband. All in all...huge.

Anyhow, if I ever get this monster done, I'd love to do the power tour with it. But Joplin isn't out of the question either. Maybe I could follow Don next year!

I doubt it...but as long as you are within phone call distance when my truck runs out of gas, I'm good!

S480. Impressive turbo. The maps on them are nice! Only down side is that they don't like low pressures. Not a big deal on a drag car since you'll be leaving the line with intake pressure anyway. But if you drive it at all on teh street you'll hate it. And yeah you'll want to find yourself a 1.10 housing..the 1.32 is probably going to be a little lazy on the low end, unless you have lots of cubes. The s series with the extended tip compressor wheels are very efficient ;)
