    looking good country. That is a heck of a deal on that scoop and it works well on the car just the way it is.

    i thought i was the only one who would put a cb in a mav

    any way why's the wip in the car wouldn't you get better reception if it was out side

    o well i never thought about putting it inside i guess thats cause i got a 5 & 1/2 foot wip

    but the wips look pretty good at the top center on the trunk lid

    Yeah, I get much better reception with the whip outside the car, but it scratches by roof, so inside it stays till I really need it. Then I just stick it on the roof. Also the cord isn't long enough to reach the trunk lid. I wish it would, but I doubt I keep it in much longer. Country

    go to your local truck stop and get some extentions to make the cord longer
