Maverick/Comets in Original gone in 60 seconds

pause at about 2:03 the Green car has the bodyline, can't see the grille well enough though. Looks like a comet to me.

and at 2:03 in this vid there is a small bumper grabber in the left-hand lane. And at 5:35 the first car turning at the stop sign is a maverick.

Here at 2:41 and 3:40 it looks like a yellow maverick. Also at 5:03 on the left side of the ambulance.

Finally at 9:20 here, in the left lane it looks like a comet.

Good eye for finding Mavericks in the movie and the original Mustang is still around, the wife owns it in the same condition it was left in after the last stunt at the end of the movie. She brings it on tours every so often to show it off to the public.(y)

I have that movie... CLASSIC - watched it about 30 times. You do NOT see car chases like that any more. No special effects, nothing faked. Toby accidentally damaged a whole slew of vehicles that were not "owned" by the production. Guerrilla film making at it's best - not to mention all the public mayhem with real pedestrians in on the action. Good job noone got killed in the first movie.

The Halicky family still has their garage/shop here in dunkirk(been a long time since I was there)Toby came from meager beginnings.Allways has a few irons in the fire just like the rest of the family(hustlers all of em LOL) Great people/characters.His wife though...dont get me started!!! I used to take freinds of mine to halickys garage to show em Elanore.(great fun to see their faces when Toby walked in the one time)My buds thought I was BSing em and then here comes Toby!!!last I heard Tobys dad was ill, that was about a year ago.Dont know If he is with toby now or not.Too bad he bought it doing the second one...No one will ever get to see the "slicer"lets just call it a cross between an M 1 Abrams and the latest version of the batmobile.Never got to make its movie debut.R.I.P. Toby
I was in error the other day... it was Rick... one of tobys' brothers who was ill last year.Hes much better now.His Dad John died many years ago...
