Ok I maybe stubborn but I cant find any info from going to bench seats to buckets.

I spent the weekend cursing and kicking myself because I was so happy because I got used corbeau seats for $60 that i tore out my bench seat only to find out the hump on the passenger side from the catalytic converter prevents me from installing that seat. Soooooo im rolling around with only the driver side seat.

How do i get past the hump in the floor? Whats the best and safest method?

Im not going to say cheap because out of the triangle of happiness youll only get 2.
good work, fast work, cheap work..... your only going to get two of them.

mounting those seats to a set of bucket seat tracks from a 75+ maverick is what you need

or some cutting and welding to the floor pan...

well duh, i feel like a dork. all the mavericks i see are with bench seats. So i always wondered how it was done in exchanging the two.

Yeah, I went through the whole 'one seat' thing a long time ago when I tried to swap buckets into a 'cat' Maverick. Frustrating.

Find the 'cat' seat tracks and your good to go.
