This weekend (Sat) i had to drive out to sign some documents about 30 miles from me and before i left i thought i should bring one of the extra calendars i bought along to give to my friend Tony who ownes a shop near were i was going . Tony rebuilds and collects mustang 11 cobras and king cobras. I give tony the calendar and we start talking about our projects we are working on ,i tell him that besides the 1/4 mile car im building a 69.5 street performance daily driver he says oh really, well then i have a gift for you. Tony gives me a complete rack in pinion set -up ,both upper and lower A frames, springs, shocks, upper and lower contol arms with a frame rail that goes with it and the power steering setup, disk brakes spindle to spindle from a 77 mustang 11 cobra car he scraped, all i will need is to buy is ball joints and tie rod ends ,Im going next weekend to get it as i was driving the comet and all this wouldnt fit in the trunk .Well thanks Tony (y)

What good in a stock Mustang II front suspension? even if it is free?? It's not like it just welds in..

With this you could buy just the crossmember for a Maverick and make it a weekend installation if you are a good welder. If you try to use the stock crossmenber, you will have issues with width of the frame rails.

    Good luck!
