As you can see it needs new paint and I'm not sure if I should replace the vinyl top or paint it. This car has the counselette without clock and the fan for rear window defogging. The hood is rotten under the lip so I will have to get it fixed. I did get the hood trim from him along with 2 extras all of which are in good shape. I'm not if the dash is original but it is perfect. The entire interior is perfect except for a few small tears in the seats.

It's sad to think that I had 4 Mavericks as a kid. 3 Grabbers with V8's and a 70 with a 6. All the Grabbers had buckets with black interior. It's been 20 years that I have been thinking of getting another. Glad to say I have 2. All I can say Matt is keep it forever or you will regret it.:yahoo:

oh you can count on me keeping this one forever! i have to put up with the stories of my dads 69 camaro and his 67 396 SS malibu with 475 HP!!! sold them both when after he joined the marines.

heres a pic of it... just the other day i looked at the "Camaro" symbol off the grille and the small key chain he had... notice the yellow and black :thumbs2:

I also had a 69 firefird that was so fast it would scare you. I couldn't get insurance for it so I had to sell it. $900:mad: When will they ever invent a transporter to the past?

I am pretty sure I'm going to leave it black and yellow. Just can't wait until it's done!
