New old guy here, ready for another Mav

Hi my name is bill and I've had over 13 different ford hot rods. Presently I have a 94 F150 Lightning, totally optioned except for remote entry. I've had two Mavericks, a 1970 w/ 6 and A/T. I replaced that with a mild 302 with early 289 small chamber heads and c-4 and 8in w/4:11. It went 13:40s and 102. The other one was a 69 Grabber w/ 250-6 and C-4. In that one I put a 351W + .030, Crane Comander cam, 750DP, C-4 with 10" converter and 9" w/ 3:73. I just had el chepo slapper bars on it and narrow tires, so it was severly traction challened. (12.20's) I'm presently restoring an old pro-street 72 Dodge Challenger w/ 383. As soon as I sell it I'm going to do another Maverick . Probably a stoker 410 or larger w/ supercharger. That one will probably be my last rod as I have been diagnosised with Parkinsons and it is becoming hard to do the work I used to love to do. Besides that my reation time is getting much slower too. So if you know any Mopar fans, tell them to look on Flickr under billheis or look at my profile info for pics of it. And any one that has a clean Mav or Comet, perferably 1970 - 72 let me know. I like the small bumpers.
    Bill

Bill, welcome to the board. You need to post in the classified section for a car wanted. More people will look at that. Also there is a new members section to introduce yourself. Good luck.:)
