The price I would pay depends on the carb. It would help to know what the "List #" is. You will find it on the airhorn (the part that houses the choke)
Does it have center hung floats or side hung floats?
Is it vacuum secondaries or is it a double pumper?
Is it the right size (CFM) for your engine?
Are the throttle shafts in good condition or will they need to be bushed?
    Any bent shafts?
    Any "after-market" mods?
Does it have a choke that is usable on your car? (electric choke, manual, divorced?)
    Spread bore or square bore?
The "List #" will answer all these questions. (except for mods)

Good, little used 600's go for less than $150 on ebay. Just make sure it isn't a spreadbore, if it is, it'll need an adapter under it to fit most Fords.

I wouldn't give more than $100 either to be honest... but I have 3 or 4 of them in storage.

It could need a kit if it's only a year old, but it would have had to been only used very little, and then sat the rest of the time w/ gas in the thing. Unlikely it'll need a kit if its that new, but always nice to include that in the price of what your willing to give

Lunch at his choice. It may also need other parts designed for a Ford like the ball for the throttle cable to hook to and a cable bracket. May also need a kickdown bracket if it's an automatic. Good luck...

Good point on the throttle ball.

They are cheap enough, but still something to remember.

And who needs a kickdown rod ;)
