I finally got my motor completed today and my gaskets finally arrived. I got a newer 5.0 block with 66 heads and my dad "The Master Mechanic" has been helping me a lot on what to do and doing a lot of the engine work that i did not know. I found an msd box and coil for 40 bucks in a junkyard as well as a radiator from an old mustang. then i got all the engine gaskets needed. Wired everything up, checked the compression, checked for leaks, hooked the exhaust back up. I got some tires for my birthday with some real cool slot mags on them(thanks parentals).I finally did a test run today and it sounds great and also burns out wonderfully ;). Im almost ready to go down the road. Just need a fan, pulley belts and a new battery as the one I have is my dads. coming close though. Well thats all for now but ill keep you posted on what else I do on the madmav.

    I hail from Concord,CA:drive:

12-06-08~ I picked up a new pulley, flex fan,a battery, and a nice little chrome air cleaner from delta bay mustang. One of my favorite local classic ford suppliers. Im just about ready just some minor tweakage tomorrow and im done. ;)
