Helping the less fortunate this Christmas

    As I did last year, I will donate $10 from each supporting membership sold until December 25 to the Salvation Army. If you currently are a supporting member, purchasing another subscription will extended your current subscription by another 12 months.

    To keep track of how many people have purchased a subscription during this period, I will add their name to this thread. If you would like to remain anonymous, please send me a PM after purchasing a subscription. A screen shot will be posted of the final amount that is donated to the Salvation Army.

    I will also be holding a couple of charity auctions.

    Charity Auction: Motormax 1:24 1971 Mercury Comet on Trailer & 1940 Ford Pickup (Won by Jamie Miles for $90)

    Charity auctions help by other members:
    Jimmy2Gates auctioned off a calendar, which Bubba Bob won for $40.00.
    White trash auctioned off a custom Maverick shifter, which Mavericking won for $35.00

    Re-upped mine for another year the other day. :thumbs2:

    There is no reason for any regular user of this site not to be a supporting member IMO.. It is only 20 bucks and it goes to two great causes, plus you get more storage space for pics and stuff and a ton more PM's.

    the $ I've saved by taking everyone's great advice alone is worth that little $20 that'd I'd probably spend on 2 lunches! or 1/2 of a parking ticket here in Los Angeles.

    OK I'm in for another year, I know a girl that works for the local dunkin donuts that is being helped by the Salvation Army.... She speaks very highly of them....
