I saw a Maverick today in the parking lot of a salvage yard in Jacksonville NC. It was someone's daily driver. It was a 74 or newer 2 door. Rust free and pretty clean. It had Ford Explorer or Ranger aluminum rims on it and it actually looked pretty good. Sorry I didn't have a camera. Though it was still cool to see one other than mine.
When I see a Mav here in topwn I turn around and run them down I've met 2 owners that way. Both folks I've met are more than anxious to talk to another Mav owner.
I am sure I'll be back at that salvage yard at some point. I am pretty sure it was one of the employees there. I was in a rush this morning though.
I've seen 2 mavericks in west Los Angeles. OK, wait, 3. One belongs to a auto shop parts owner and it's always parked on pico. Then I saw a REALLY nice one driving on sepulveda 2-3 months ago and I saw a grey one parked in the palms area. That's it, no other mav's
I see a dark green 4 door all most every week, and I try and fail to get there attention all most every week.....
