Spring Dixie Maverick Meet?

    So, I got to thinking today, with spring coming up on us fast, what are we planning on doing for the spring Dixie Maverick meet? I'm all for doing Fun Ford Weekend again at the Atlanta Dragway. I always have a good time up there. Obviously not if they have it in the middle of June again like last year, though.

    Any suggestions?

    I will be held on March 27-29 this year ! BUT it is now called Battle of the Brands ppresented By FFW.

    And is open to ALL AMERICAN made cars... Ford,Chevy Mopar ONLY .

    My guess is that this move was to boost ticket sales due to the economy.

    It will NO doubt Still be 75% Ford due to Lack of advertisement.

    Well, if that's where we have it at this year, come on up! We had a really great time last year. Of course, we always have a great time when the Dixie Maverick guys get together, no matter where it's at. (y) This has to be my favorite pic from last year, taken by Jeff:

    There were more pics taken by someone, but I can't find them now.

    The only bad thing about that day was, it was in the middle of June. It was extremely hot and muggy out that day, I got a hell of a sun burn.

    i realy want to. But i dought ill have time. plus theres no way my car will be road worthy by then.
