water pump standard rotation?

    casting number D7TE My guess is its a 1977 standard rotation. Does this sound right? I want to be sure before we install it. Thanks!

    The first reverse rotation pumps were the 79 model year Mustang 5.0. 77's going to be a std rotation.

    so I assume the casting numbers do indicate a 70's series pump?
