Is a pretty old thread as I still had the 74 I was going to fix for my daughter. That thing is now owned and driven by another member here.
I will now say that 72 is my favorite as that is the model I am trying to buy from a local retired school teacher. She parked it in the field several years ago and I found it the other month. I WILL have it around tax return time if all works out.
I would rather have a 71 though as that would go well with my 71 F100 I have had since I was 15.

Can't really picture the Pinto lights but thought they looked a lot like a Maverick light.
When I was in HS years ago a friend had a Pinto Wagon. It was the one that had the solid panels along the side instead of glass and had the little round Portal windows. It was a pretty neat little car.

Pinto tails are the same ones used on Mavericks and the Bobcat tails are the double wides :tiphat:

I believe that was a trim level or optional item upgrade, I am thinking on both bobcat and pinto, going off memory .

Hey Halebopp check out post laying in waste for some fond memories of a Turbo Pinto cruising wagon I sure would like to see someone save this one. He's selling it $900.00 as is there's also a Mercury Bobcat in his junkyard. I took several photo's of both if anyone wants me to email them the pics NJOHN93@msn.com.
