Hey everyone, been gone for awhile, I bought a 1978 Kenworth to restore. Been keeping me busy for awhile, but it is finally getting cool enough here in Arizona to race again. This is at Vegas a week ago, it's a blast with the nitrous!!!

It was 101 degrees, at 2600 feet, and I ran a 11.27. The first launches with the Cal Tracs. Court is still out on them. WHen I can get to speedworld where I ran with the slapper bars, I will have a lot better idea.

Hi Don. Yes, I am planning on bringing down the Mav and a 67 Chevy II super gas. Look for the big purple semi with my name on it. Look forward to seeing you!

Hey guys, whats new. I just thought I'd log on and ask a quick question. Do you have to install heavier coil springs to swap from a straight 6 to a V8. And if you do, what's the best springs to go with.

    nope.
For drag racing application, you want the 6 cylinder springs.; helps with weight transfer.
