    Make your own straps. Buy some flat metal at the metal supply store.

    wow thats a realy great deal. So for it to work on my 72, all i need is the same tank straps form the later model car and differnt bolts?

    The bolts are easy. my uncle owns a machine shop. He can make me bolts for free.

    yup. some say that you MIGHT have to gently massage the rear valence around the lower part of the tank but most dont have any problems :yup:

    the tank is bigger, 18 or 19 gallon versus the stock 15 gallon that came in 71-75 cars.... so since the tank is bigger, you gotta use longer bolts or straps to get around the bigger belly of the tank :)
